Final delivery!
North American pledge delivery has finally begun!
First of all, we apologize for the missing communication about the start date of the shipments, but the Service company in charge of managing the logistics did not notify us in time (let's say, did not notify us at all..): we found out from some of your messages that the delivery has started and so now it's all about waiting.
We suppose this happened due to a series of negative coincidences, not least the enormous workload due to Thanksgiving and the simultaneous presence of the Covid pandemic, nevertheless we apologize, although not of our direct competence.
An e-mail from the courier should be delivered to the mailbox (at least from what we were told) so be careful!

Finalmente la consegna dei pledge nordamericana è iniziata!
Ci scusiamo innanzitutto per la mancata comunicazione sulla data di inizio delle spedizioni, ma il Service incaricato di gestire la logistica non ci ha avvertito in tempo (diciamo che non ci ha avvertito proprio per niente): abbiamo scoperto da alcuni vostri messaggi che la consegna è iniziata e quindi ora non si tratta altro che aspettare.
Crediamo che questo difetto di comunicazione sia dovuto all'enorme carico di lavoro per il Giorno del Ringraziamento e alla presenza simultanea della pandemia di Covid, ma ci scusiamo comunque, anche se non ci sentiamo direttamente responsabili.
Una mail da parte del corriere dovrebbe essere consegnata alla casella di posta (almeno a quanto ci hanno detto) per cui attenzione!

Let's start with the delivery of the various pledges to the North American continent.
The ship with the Lex Arcana items is currently docked in Savannah and will depart for Cleveland in the next few hours. Arrival time and scheduling are in line with what was communicated in the previous updates.
Just a few more days and the final delivery will start!

Kaizoku Press is raising funds to produce and distribuite the japanese version of Lex Arcana!

The time for the award ceremony is approaching and we are very excited: in good company, Lex Arcana is among the finalists of the role-playing game of the year 2020. May the best one win!

La nave con i box è attualmente attraccata a Savannah, GA e ripartirà alla volta di Cleveland nelle prossime ore. I tempi di consegna sono quindi in linea con quanto comunicato nei precedenti update.

Ecco un breve aggiornamento sulle ultime fasi della consegna dei pledge!
Per quanto riguarda la consegna dei pledge dedicati al mercato italiano ed europeo, la consegna è stata completata: attualmente stiamo solo gestendo dei recuperi (es. scatole danneggiate.).
Per cui, qualora qualcuno di voi non avesse ancora ricevuto il proprio pledge, per favore, come sempre scrivete ad [email protected].
Nuove notizie per quanto riguarda la spedizione dei pledge per i backers nordamericani:
Quella che vedete e’ l’attuale posizione della nave che sta portando i vostri pledge di Lex Arcana a destinazione.
L’arrivo a Cleveland e’ previsto per il 20 ottobre, di li’ una volta consegnati al centro di distribuzione con cui stiamo collaborando, partiranno le spedizioni presso i vostri indirizzi.
La nave sta anche portando anche tutte le copie destinate al mercato retail, per informazioni relative a questo aspetto, per favore, consultate il sito di https://www.aresgames.eu/, nostro partner per la distribuzione nord-americana.

Here is a brief update on the last stages of pledge delivery!
As for the delivery of the pledges dedicated to the Italian and European area, the delivery has been completed: we are currently only managing recoveries (eg damaged boxes.).

New news regarding the shipment of pledges for North American backers:
This is the current position of the ship that is delivering north american Lex Arcana pledges to their destination.
The arrival in Cleveland is scheduled for October 20, from there, once delivered to the distribution center with which we are collaborating, the pledges will be delivered to your addresses.
The ship is also carrying all copies destined for the retail market, for information relating to this aspect, please consult the site of https://www.aresgames.eu/, our partner for North American distribution.

Ecco a voi un aggiornamento sul progetto!
Continuano senza sosta e non senza difficoltà le operazioni di consegna:
abbiamo quasi ultimato la preparazione di tutti i pledge per i backers nord americani e in settimana, presumibilmente mercoledì’ e/o giovedì’, procederemo con la spedizione di tutti i box e di tutto il nostro materiale Retail al partner che si occupera' della distribuzione nel continente nord americano, che si occuperà anche di consegnare ai singoli backers i vari pledge: questa procedura, non solo ci consente di avere un unico focal point locale, per tutte le evenienze, ma ci aiuta anche nel controllo dei costi doganali e di spedizione, che come sapete nell'ultimo anno hanno ballato un po’.
Le spedizioni per i backers Europei, Italiani e RoW sono sostanzialmente ultimate (stiamo gestendo qualche piccolo aggiustamento), per l’Italia ci stiamo occupando dei backers che ci hanno chiesto espressamente di ricevere il pledge nel mese di settembre: stiamo, per questo, aspettando che ci vengano consegnati un set ulteriore di box che abbiamo ordinato a meta’ agosto (molte box sono state consegnate a noi già’ rotte, circa il 25% oltre a quelle che abbiamo destinato in sostituzione a chi ce le ha richieste perche’ rotte durante la consegna) in consegna presso i nostri magazzini per meta’ settimana.

Cursed ink si occupera’ della traduzione e distribuzione del gioco in lingua spagnola, andandosi ad aggiungere a Uhrwerk Verlag per quella in tedesco, Kaizoku Press per quella in giapponese, Pandora’s Box Studio per quella in russo, Need Games per quella in italiano e Ares Games per quella inglese in Nord America, Gran Bretagna e paesi scandinavi.
Si sta avverando uno dei nostri sogni, quello di far conoscere questo fantastico gioco fuori dai confini italiani e non possiamo che essere felici!
The delivery and shipping operations continue unabated and not without difficulty:

The shipments for the European, Italian and RoW backers are substantially completed (we are managing some small adjustments), for Italy we are dealing with the backers who have expressly asked us to receive the pledge in September: for this reason we are waiting that we are delivered a further set of boxes that we ordered in mid-August (many boxes have been delivered to us already broken, about 25% in addition to those we have intended as a replacement for those who requested them because they were broken during delivery) to be delivered to our warehouses for half a week.

One of our dreams is coming true, that of making this fantastic game known outside the Italian borders and we can only be happy!
