Un rapido aggiornamento rispetto alla scorsa settimana.
La situazione relativa agli oggetti mancanti e' assolutamente in linea con quanto dichiarato nel precedente update (facciamo un check ogni 3/4 giorni), per cui non ci sono novità' significative, se non che in questa settimana consegneremo altri pledge, sempre in funzione degli oggetti già' in magazzino.
Per quanto riguarda i seguenti PLEDGE, versione italiana:
- DEMIURGE SENIOR
- EMPEROR SENIOR
- altri pledge con dadi come ADD-ON
e rispetto a quanto comunicato la settimana scorsa, abbiamo raccolto da piu' fonti (gruppo FB cohors Arcana, Pagina FB Quality Games, Pagina FB Lex Arcana, [email protected]) parecchie richieste, queste sono le nostre idee e decisioni:
1 - Per tutti i backers che, per evitare problemi relativi a possibili assenze o ritardi dovute a ferie estive, desiderano ricevere il box a settembre, per favore scrivete a [email protected] una mail con nell'oggetto "LEX ARCANA, SPEDIZIONE SETTEMBRE", questo ci aiuta nel tracciare le mail.
Fatelo per favore, anche se lo avete già' fatto.
Scadenza: 25 giugno.
2 - Per l'opzione doppia spedizione, spostiamo in avanti la finestra in cui sara' disponibile l'opzione su backerkit: dal 15 al 25 giugno.
In questo modo ci sara' piu' tempo e dati a disposizione per poter scegliere.
Per quanto riguarda il punto 2, inoltre, abbiamo anche accolto l'idea di alcuni backers romani che ci hanno chiesto di fare una spedizione cumulativa dei DADI a Roma in un unico punto per poi poterli ritirare singolarmente.
Abbiamo contattato gli amici della Civetta sul Como' che si sono detti disponibili, per cui per chi vorrà', i pacchi con tutti gli oggetti disponibili esclusi i dadi saranno spediti appena disponibili e poi potrà' ritirare i dadi presso la sede romana dell'associazione quando pronti.
In questo caso, per chi volesse, per favore scrivete a [email protected] una mail con nell'oggetto "LEX ARCANA, RITIRO CIVETTA ROMA"
Inoltre, grazie alla disponibilità' del service che collabora con noi, questa cosa sara' possibile anche per chi volesse ritirare i DADI a Milano. La sede si trova a Milano hinterland est e sara' comunicata al momento opportuno.

A quick update again this week.
The situation relating to missing goods is absolutely in line with what was stated in the previous update (we check every 3/4 days), so there are no significant news, except that in this week we will deliver other pledges, always according the objects already in stock.
As for the following PLEDGE, Italian version:
- DEMIURGE SENIOR
- EMPEROR SENIOR
- other pledges with dice like ADD-ON
and compared to what was communicated last week, we collected several requests from different sources (FB cohors Arcana group, FB Quality Games page, FB Lex Arcana page, [email protected]), these are our ideas and decisions:
1 - For all the italian backers who, to avoid problems related to possible absences or delays due to summer holidays (August is always a critical month for Italy), wish to receive the box in September, please write to [email protected] an email with the subject "LEX ARCANA, SPEDIZIONE SETTEMBRE", this helps us track emails.
Do it please, even if you've already written it.
Deadline: June 25th.
2 - For the double shipping option, we move forward the window in which the option on the backerkit will be available:
from 15 to 25 June.
This way there will be more time and data available to choose.
As for point 2, we also accepted the idea of some Roman backers who asked us to make a cumulative expedition of the DICE to Rome in a single point and then be able to collect them individually.
We contacted the friends of Civetta sul Como who said they were available, so for those who want, the packages with all available items excluding the dice will be shipped as soon as available and then you can collect the dice at the association's Roman headquarters when ready.

We have finally received all the due dates from the different suppliers and factories and we are now able to communicate more precise dates about the pledges delivery.
As you know, after months of interruptions due to COVID-19, several weeks ago the dice company has resumed at full speed the activities.
Last week we were sent photos of the new dice mold where mistakes had been made: the tests were successful and the factory informed us that the massive production will be ready on July 23, to which the dice, compatibly with the international shipping times, will be at our Italian Service in early August.
The pledges that contain the dice inside them (DEMIURGE SENIOR, EMPEROR SENIOR and other pledges with dice like ADD-ON) will therefore be shipped starting from the first week of August, in the following way:
· For backers belonging to the EU and to the EXTRA-EU area (e.g. Japan), therefore excluding those from the NORTH AMERICA area, the shipment will be made directly from Italy by the Service that is already working for us and that already shipped the first pledges
· For backers from the United States and Canada, the pledges will be assembled by the Italian Service and then sent to a US logistics company which will then take care of re-send the various Boxes directly on site to the proper locations.
For other pledges for which the dice are not provided (INITIATE SENIOR with ADD ON without dice) instead the shipping time will depend on the destination area:
· For backers belonging to the EU area and the EXTRA-EU area, the shipment of the pledges will continue in the coming days
. For backers from the United States and Canada, the pledges will also be assembled in Italy and re-send in North America as the biggest ones
The principle we are following is to send the pledges as soon as they are available: except for the cards and the exclusive boxes, whose arrival is scheduled for June 15th, all the other objects are already available, so we will continue with this method.
This procedure, unfortunately, is not applicable for our supporters of the USA and CANADA because the logistical difficulties of the COVID 19 pandemia and the increase in the prices of international shipments compared to those budgeted, do not allow us to send in advance the pledges for which dice are not foreseen, with no formula; in this case too, the pledges will be sent to the North American Service together with the others, in early August.
Limited to Italy, the only country where the manuals have already been put up for sale by the local publisher, to overcome the inconvenience created with the delay on the production of the dice, we have thought of the following solution, as follows:
for backers who have financed the dice pledges (DEMIURGE SENIOR, EMPEROR SENIOR and other dice pledges such as ADD-ON) we will carry out a double shipment on a voluntary basis;
1. The first, starting from June 25, 2020, with all the objects provided for the pledge, excluding the dice
2. The second, upon payment of shipping costs of € 9.50 (rate currently applied by Service with courier and shipping tracking for parcels under 5kg) at the time when the dice will be available, therefore in early August.
The amount of € 9.50 will then be discounted in the future in the next initiative planned for Lex Arcana, currently in the pipeline.
For the option in point 2, the Backerkit store will be exceptionally open with a dedicated option, from 8 to 18 June.
Those who want to request the double shipment must do so in this time window.
Of course this dual shipping option is voluntary and not mandatory.
We are sure that this solution will not find everyone's favor, but we have tried to find a proposal that would combine the need for handing over the manuals with the need not to take on shipping costs, in the short term, equal to four times what they are were financed by the backers themselves, taking into account that we are currently incurring costs significantly higher than those actually financed by the backers, both for the wild increase in courier costs, and for a greater weight of the materials shipped, compared to what was budgeted at countryside.

Abbiamo finalmente ricevuto tutte le date di consegna da parte dei diversi fornitori e siamo in grado ora di comunicare delle date piu’ precise per il proseguo della consegna dei vari pledge.
Come sapete, da qualche settimana l’azienda produttrice di dadi ha ripreso a pieno regime dopo mesi di interruzione causa COVID-19.
La scorsa settimana ci sono state inviate le foto delle nuove prove dei dadi su cui era stato fatto un errore di fabbrica degli stampi: le prove hanno avuto esito positivo e il fornitore ci ha comunicato che la produzione massiva sara’ pronta il 23 luglio, per cui i dadi, compatibilmente con le tempistiche di spedizione internazionale, saranno presso il nostro Service i primi di agosto.
I pledge che a loro interno prevedono i dadi (DEMIURGE SENIOR, EMPEROR SENIOR e altri pledge con dadi come ADD-ON) saranno quindi spediti a partire dalla prima settimana di agosto, con questa modalità:
· per i backers appartenenti all’EU e all'area EXTRA-EU (es. Japan), esclusi quindi quelli dell’area NORTH AMERICA, la spedizione sara’ effettuata direttamente dall’Italia a cura dal service che già sta lavorando per noi
· per i backers appartenenti a Stati Uniti e Canada, i pledge saranno assemblati dal Service italiano e poi inviati ad un’azienda logistica USA che si occuperà, poi, di smistare i vari Box direttamente sul luogo
Per gli altri pledge per cui non sono previsti i dadi (INITIATE SENIOR con ADD ON senza dadi) invece la tempistica di spedizione dipenderà dall’area di destinazione:
· per i backers appartenenti all’area EU e all'area EXTRA-EU, la spedizione dei pledge proseguirà nei prossimi giorni
· per i backers appartenenti a Stati Uniti e Canada, anche in questo caso i pledge saranno assemblati in Italia e smistati in nord-America
Il principio che stiamo seguendo è di spedire i pledge appena disponibili: eccetto le carte e le esclusive box, il cui arrivo è previsto per il 15 giugno, tutti gli altri oggetti sono già disponibili, per cui proseguiremo con questo metodo.
Questa procedura, purtroppo, non è applicabile per i nostri sostenitori degli USA e del CANADA perché’ le difficoltà logistiche della pandemia e l’aumento dei prezzi delle spedizioni internazionali rispetto a quelle messe a budget, non ci consentono di spedire anticipatamente i pledge per cui non sono previsti i dadi, con nessuna formula; anche in questo caso quindi, i pledge saranno inviati al Service nord-americano insieme agli altri, i primi di agosto.
Limitatamente all’Italia, unico paese in cui i manuali sono già stati messi in vendita dall’editore locale, per ovviare all'inconveniente creatosi con il ritardo sulla produzione dei dadi, abbiamo pensato alla seguente soluzione, che vi proponiamo:
per i backers che hanno finanziato i pledge con i dadi (DEMIURGE SENIOR, EMPEROR SENIOR e altri pledge con dadi come ADD-ON) effettueremo una doppia spedizione su base volontaria;
1. La prima, a partire dal 25 giugno 2020, con tutti gli oggetti previsti per i pledge, esclusi i dadi
2. La seconda, previo pagamento di spese di spedizione di euro 9,50 (tariffa attualmente praticata da Service con corriere e tracking di spedizione per i pacchi sotto i 5kg) al momento in cui i dadi saranno disponibili, quindi i primi di agosto.
L’importo di euro 9,50 sara’ poi scontato, in futuro, nella prossima iniziativa prevista per Lex Arcana, attualmente in cantiere.
Per l’opzione al punto 2, sara’ aperto eccezionalmente il negozio Backerkit con opzione dedicata, dal giorno 8 al giorno 18 giugno.
Chi vorrà richiedere la doppia spedizione dovrà’ farlo in tale finestra temporale.
Naturalmente questa opzione di doppia spedizione è su base volontaria e non obbligatoria.
Siamo certi che questa soluzione non riscontrerà il favore di tutti, ma abbiamo cercato di trovare una proposta che unisse l’esigenza di consegna dei manuali con la necessità di non sobbarcarci dei costi di spedizione, nel breve periodo, pari a quattro volte quelli che sono stati finanziati dai backers stessi, tenendo conto che già attualmente stiamo sostenendo costi sensibilmente superiori a quelli effettivamente finanziati dai backers, sia per l'aumento selvaggio dei costi dei corrieri, sia per un peso maggiore dei materiali spediti, rispetto a quanto preventivato in sede di campagna.

tranne qualche copia, tutti i pledge EU di tipo INITIATE SENIOR e SUPER sono stati consegnati al CORRIERE che si occupa delle spedizioni, da parte del Provider che collabora con noi per la logistica.
Lunedi' saranno spediti i pledge equivalenti pre-ordinati su BACKERKIT (circa 15) e i restanti INITIATE sospesi: abbiamo ritardato per raccogliere il maggior numero possibile di indirizzi in questo pledge, visto che mancavano praticamente tutti.
Il prossimo aggiornamento sulla logistica all'inizio della prossima settimana.

except for a few copies, all the EU INITIATE SENIOR and EU INITIATE SUPER pledges have been delivered to the COURIER who takes care of the shipments, by the Provider that works with us for the logistics.
On Monday the INITIATE equivalent pre-ordered on BACKERKIT (about 15) and the remaining INITIATE suspended will be sent: we have delayed to keep as many addresses as possible in this commitment, since practically all were missing.
